Cancellation of Admission /Refund Policy on fees
Nurture International School reserves the right to cancel the admission/ registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student’s admission process has been completed and academic year has commenced, any refund of fees to the student would not be entertained.
The school acquires and deploys resources based on confirmation of the student continuing her or his Nurture journey. Any mid-term change will not just impact the child but the entire class.
Cancellation by the Parents (s)/ Guardian (s)
If a student is withdrawn from the school any time before 30th November, the parent is expected to pay the full 1st term fee. In case the full years fee has been paid by the parent in advance, the 2nd term fee will be refunded.
In-case the child is withdrawn anytime after 30th November, even if the child attends the school for one day in the 2nd term, the parent has to pay the full years fee i.e. both the 1st and 2nd term fee
Cancellation by Nurture International School
Under any circumstance, if Nurture International School is forced to cancel the admission of the student, the school will inform the student/parent(s)/guardian(s) concerned regarding the cancellation of admission.
In the event of the case for cancellation of admission being found genuine and legitimate, the school management will refund the fees (the refund processed would be calculated on a case-by-case basis) to the student/parent(s)/guardian(s) by means of a crossed cheque in favour of the student/parent(s)/guardian(s).
Non-refundable Amounts
Once paid the one-time non-refundable “Registration, Admission Fee” paid at the time of admission is not refundable.
All refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of request.
